What to expect with our IT Priorities Survey

Upon filling out this survey, IT Directors will be eligible to receive a $25 digital Amazon gift card for their time. They will also have the option to take a meeting with our CIO, Tad Gralewski, and receive an additional $100 digital Amazon gift card. Gift cards will be sent out within 7 business days from the time a survey is received.

All respondents will receive the results of the survey once the responses have been compiled and analyzed. We will publish our findings in a blog post and share the link with via email. Personal information will be kept confidential—we will only share the results.
