What to expect with our CIO Survey

Thank you for your interest in our CIO IT Priorities Survey! Upon filling out this survey, you will be eligible to receive a $50 digital Amazon gift card for your time. You will also have the option to take a meeting with our CIO, Tad Gralewski, and receive an additional $200 digital Amazon gift card. Should you not opt out of receiving these cards, you will receive them within 7 business days from an @gomindsight.com email address.

All respondents will receive the results of the survey once the responses have been compiled and analyzed. We will publish our findings in a blog post and share the link with you via email. Your personal information will be kept confidential–we will only share the results.
